college was ending and now everyone is waiting for the farewell party. We were juniors and supposed to give a goodbye party to our seniors. A-level seniors want a great and blockbuster goodbye party.  Whenever there is the talk of the party, the most concerned thing is the venue. We were making a plan for the party, everyone is asking, what will be venue? Where will be this? What will be the offering in the package? what are they offering in entertainment?

We took a break from class and sat in groups. The discussion has been started. Concerned thing was finding a venue. We made a search on google by entering party venue hire in the search box. Lots of option opened but our preference was that the venue should be with the maximum facility. We were searching for that venue which can cover everything in our event. Finally, we selected one, planned with them, told them our requirement and budget. They were ok with our demands and assured us that our event will be best. We were relaxed by hiring planners.  Finally, the party day has arrived, we really enjoyed their services. There were certain features which they provided us and added a “wow” factor in the event.  

Decoration:

the decoration of the venue was awesome.  They have decorated the venue with lilies flowers. Our colour theme was pink and white, and they decorated the venue according to our theme and colour scheme. stage decoration was very elegant. As the stage is the most dominant thing is an event, they really invested efforts on stage decoration.

Audio-Visual Equipment:

As the event is incomplete without Audio-visual equipment. The screen was large enough that everyone could watch easily. The audio was very defined. As it was party, music was a concerned thing. Everyone feels crave for good music at the event. They have decided such a good playlist with clear and defined audio.

Lighting and Catering:

Lighting makes the event best. They have arranged the best event lights. They arranged every type of light with a very sequence. As they displayed spotlight which was the best thing to welcome seniors. Stage performance that we performed for seniors were easily available due to good lighting effects. Catering displaying was very good and attractive. they chosen the colour in catering the same as was the theme.

We really enjoyed the event. They made it best beyond expectation. Major thing it was within our budget. They facilitated our maximum in our budget. In the end, we presented a gift to our seniors and said goodbye with good wishes.
